This pilot series of short episodes is hosted by Dr. Jill O’Brien who facilitates “real, raw conversations” related to women’s health, wellness, and success. Featuring intersectional dialogue with guest experts, wellness-focused demonstrations, and shared informational resources, this project aims to compassionately empower and educate women (and their partners!) by tackling timely, and sometimes taboo, topics and commonly shared challenges.

Inner Space: Color and Sound Bath
An immersive color and sound healing experience in a 360 degree planetarium setting

Featuring a healing soundscape by holistic healer Amy Olson (Align & Refine), Inner Space is an immersive experience in a planetarium setting that wraps guests in color and sound, providing a calm and supportive environment for inner exploration and energetic recalibration. Designed using principles of chromotherapy, sound healing, interoception, and subtle energy medicine, this program aims to foster a greater sense of awareness and self-connection for participants. Audience members may also experience such benefits as nervous system regulation, relaxation, grounding, and improved emotional and physical wellbeing. At Humilitas, we believe that a greater sense of interconnectedness is possible through the mindful cultivation of self-connection, inviting us to practice present awareness in our body, mind, and spirit. Inner Space offers a safe and supportive space to develop your relationship with self and invest in your holistic wellbeing.
